Sun, sun, sun...

This would be no summerlike tool collection without a sun! Our sun press has three cavities in different sizes. It is more on the chubby side, so it works without kiln annealing. The sun bead can be decorated with a face, painted with golden twirls, dusted with enamel powder... or whatever comes to your mind. You can leave the sunrays as they are - or you can heat the tips and pull them with your tweezers. If you heat the whole rays, one after the other, and flatten them with a masher, you will get a nice and even flower bead.
