Chocolate with no calories. Need I say more? :-) Hm, I guess so. "Patisserie" is French for confectionery. With this press you can create delicious chocolates and Petit Fours - very authentic with a subtle texture on the bottom side. Due to its multiple parts, the wave texture can be used separately (for free formed sweets or other projects). If you want to make chocolates without the texture, simply turn around the base part! The pins can be screwed in from both sides.
Of course you don't have to make chocolates with the tool. I am sure you have about a thousand ideas how to use the heart, the flower, the cuboid, the oval, the rhomb and the round shape with grooved sides. The last one is a bit tricky to use, because the grooved structure tends to vanish while fire polishing the sides. Nevertheless it is much better than a simple barrel, because you can use it to make beautiful cupcakes. Weird, but I get hungry from looking at a piece of brass. What about you?
